Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

The GEL Expert: located at De oude bleijk 52, 2266CL Leidschendam, Chamber of Commerce number 95629335.

Customer: any consumer or business buyer who places an order via the website.
Agreement: any agreement between The GEL Expert and the Customer.
Terms and Conditions: these terms and conditions, which apply to all orders.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply toall offers, orders, agreements, and deliveriesbyThe GEL Expert.
Any terms and conditions of the Customer that differ from these are valid only if we have accepted them in writing.
In the event of conflicting terms and conditions, the provision that is most favorable to the Customer shall always apply.

3. Prices & Information

All pricesinclude VAT.
Any shipping costs will beclearly stated in advance.
We do our best to provide accurate information, but we reserve the right to correct any typographical or printing errors.

4. Ordering & Delivery

After you place your order, we’ll ship it as soon as possible, usually within1–4 business days.
If that’s not possible, we’ll let you know, and you can choose to wait or cancel your order for free.
Once the order has been delivered, the risk is yours.

5. Account & Registration

You can create an account with a username and password.
Keep your login information confidential; you are responsible for all activity on your account.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel your order within14 daysfor anyreason.

You must notify us within that period (or return the product immediately).
You then have another14 daystoreturn the product.
Terms and Conditions:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Youwill receiveyour refund within5 days of our receipt of the returned item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Gelpolish, BLISS, and SLEEK and similar liquid products without a seal.

Please note: If you have used Gelpolish, BLISS, or SLEEK products more than was necessary to assess their nature and effectiveness, we may deduct an amount from your refund to compensate for the loss in value.

7. Payment

You can pay using the following payment methods

For deferred payment, the payment term is14 days. If you pay late, interest and collection fees may be charged.

8. Warranty & Complaints

Our products comply with the terms of the agreement and legal requirements.
If you have any complaints or discover any defects, please report them to us as soon as possible.
We will repair, replace, or refund the product if warranted.
You will always receivea responsetoyour complaint within5 days.
Consumers can also contact theEuropean ODR platform.

Our products comply with the terms of the agreement and legal requirements. As a consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty starting from the date of delivery: if a product does not conform, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract, depending on the situation.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages (such as loss of profits), except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., delivery problems beyond our control), we are not liable.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

All goods delivered remain the property of The GEL Expert until full payment has been made (for business customers).

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with ourprivacy policy.

This Agreement and all disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by Dutch law, provided that this choice of law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection he enjoys under mandatory provisions of the law of his country of habitual residence, from which no deviation is permitted by agreement. Disputes arising from this Agreement may be brought by the Consumer before either the competent court in the Netherlands or the competent court in the Consumer’s country of residence, in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction. A Consumer residing in the European Union may also use the European Commission’s ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
